I’ve discovered a yummy gluten free pizza crust that holds mozzarella, tomatoes and basil quite nicely.




Hiking with Matt at Galena Summit.  We hiked a bit further than this and then he took off down the hill and I picked him up halfway down the mountain.



And then we went to Boise for a long weekend where Matt helped his grandmother work on a bed that she was commissioned to paint with Norwegian rosemaling (above the dancing children that Matt is painting).

    Would love to try your GF recipe for dough! Sounds like you are eating well. I can’t really say the same. My recipes lately have been mostly based on what can cook fastest and provide the longest shelf life. Although, I bet pesto freezes well!

    It does freeze well as long as you don’t put the parm cheese in!
